Good to Use at One Copy With a UR Rarity Unique Weapon

Uniform A.A. is a decent Radiant soul support witch with a potentially useful niche for players who play with tanks and/or have trouble cracking multi-barriers.

Both her active skills fire off one more attack if her initial attack gets nullified by a multi-barrier. This can save your team if they have been punching away at an enemy's multi-barrier, only to come up one attack short and get defeated (such is the case with some Rusalka fights).

Meanwhile, she grants the 3 allies with the highest ATK in the team with shields equal to 30% of their HP, which then grows to 100% of their HP if she has a UR rarity version of her Unique Weapon, Wings of Hope. This means Uniform A.A. is perfectly usable even at SR rarity (1 copy) as long as she has the UR unique weapon.

Needs Investment if She'll Be Used as a Secondary DPS

But if you want to use her as a secondary DPS, make sure to get multiple copies because you will need her to do that one job of hers (deal a "last hit" on an enemy with a broken multi barrier) very well.

In a secondary DPS role, Uniform A.A. will need some Rune investment in terms of ATK runes, MAG runes (since she's a Sorcerer class), and even PM DEF Break if you can afford to give them to her. Again, this is so you can make sure that when she deals that last hit, she will more likely defeat the enemy in one blow.

A.A., once a fearsome Witch of Qlipha, had settled into a more normal life in the Duchy of Fran with her adoptive sister, D.D. But with homonculi only having limited lifespans, she's living on borrowed time. Will her life be snuffed out before she's able to make the most of the time she has left with her sister and Professor Mertillier?

If You Don't Like Playing Slow Teams

Uniform A.A.'s middling SPD will force you to use units that are just as slow as her, so if your playstyle is geared more toward trying to win fights in the first or second turn, then she will not suit you.

If You Don't Come Up Against Multi-Barrier-Reliant Witches Often

If you don't come up against the likes of Rusalka in PvP (or are only interested in playing MementoMori's PvE modes), Uniform A.A. isn't essential to get. At the very least, you won't need to get multiple copies of her if you intend to use her more as a protection against Silence than her intended role.

If You Already Have Cleansers

But if you already have good Anti-Silence measures (such as a witch that can cleanse debuffs), then there isn't much reason to get Uniform A.A. unless you particularly like her character and would like to see a new version of her.

Uniform A.A. has her own limited Witch's Gift available at the Premier Gift shop during her run. Witch's Gifts are gifts players can obtain when the featured witch reaches a particular rarity. Getting Uniform A.A. all the way to LR+ will yield free pulls, Upgrade Water, Holy Fragtments, and even Tickets of Prophecy.
