Additionally, if a target who is granted ［Shield］ is an Amber Soul ally, the size of that target’s ［Shield］ becomes equal to 150% of Rustica’s ATK.

Additionally, at the end of Rustica’s action phase, if there is an ally who is enhanced with 3 or more buffs, ［Bluebird’s Protector］ is regranted to Rustica (any buffs Rustica is enhanced with are counted after their turn counts are decreased).
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
At the start of her action phase, if there is an ally enhanced with 4 or more buffs, increases Rustica’s ATK by 30% for 1 turn (cannot be dispelled).

"Golden Azure Mending" and "Bluebird’s Protector" are skills that greatly enhance Rustica's defensive capabilities. As it scales up, it deals 4 attacks, increasing the likelihood of landing a critical hit or inflicting [Fainted] on Rustica. Aside from that, Primavera also has ATK and SPD buffs for her team.

Cordie's skillset provides a strong counter to Rustica by dealing great damage, leveraging critical hits, and maintaining resilience against debuffs. By pairing Cordie with debuffers and supports, you can further enhance her effectiveness against Rustica.

Out of Rustica's skills, you can dispel the HP Drain and the ATK boost she can give the ally with the highest buff. In this way, you negate the buff she provides to the ally, protecting your team from the additional damage it may cause you. You can also use characters with crowd control abilities like [Silence], [Fainted], and [Sleep] to stop Rustica from giving buffs.

Applying debuffs to Rustica and her allies can reduce their effectiveness. Skills that lower ATK, DEF, or SPD can help control the battle.

Use High-Burst Damage Characters

Rustica's "Bluebird Protector" skill decreases the damage she takes by 75% for one turn. To counter this, use characters with high burst damage to quickly deplete her HP during the turns when she is not protected.

Control the Battle Turns

Rustica's skills have specific activation conditions and cooldowns. By speed-tuning your team or your key attacker, you can move quicker than her. Doing so will give your team or your key attacker move opportunities for damage.
