Tillie's "Golden Azure Blessing" skill offers a potent combination of offensive and supportive effects. The 10% ATK and critical hit chance buff for the highest ATK ally can significantly enhance her damage output, especially in the early game. This can go up to 40% if she has her Unique Weapon, Lacrimosa.

Her active skills deal damage to multiple enemies, making her effective at clearing waves of foes. Her "Flash of Caerula" also has an added benefit of prioritizing enemies with [Multi-Barrier].

Tillie also has a form of self-sustain by healing based on damage taken. This, combined with the permanent max HP increase, makes her more durable in battle. She also has a skill that provides valuable protection against critical hits, especially in the early game.

However, her biggest flaw is that most of her skills are dispellable. She can easily be countered by Nina or Tropon who can steal buffs, or characters who can dispel buffs. She also doesn't have a defensive mechanic so putting her in your team may mean she needs to be protected while giving buffs. You may need to reassess your team to see if her skills will be a good fit before pulling for her.

In the event that you want to pull for her, as a buffer, her most important skills can be obtained at the early levels. However, if you want her to be more supportive of her team, adding more copies would be best.
