A fairy from a world ruled by the angel Samyaza who, along with two heroes, was on a quest to slay the demon lord said to bring about the world's end. Morgana treasures her friends more than anything. To search for those friends separated by a demon's plot, she joins the protagonist.

Through The Door Of Tomorrow

“I'd been dreaming of this day ever since I could remember!”

Morgana was a member of a party of travelers tasked to save the many worlds at large from demons. To do that, she, the Hero of the Staff, the Hero of the Lance, and other witches underwent strict training to prepare them for their journey. In the process, she grew close with her companions in such a way that they became more than just family to her.

This was especially so for a nun named Elaine, whom she treated as her sister and closest friend. They spent almost every waking moment together, engaging in the same things ordinary girls their age would enjoy.

With each other's support, they passed their training and faced their destiny as one, fully confident that the bonds they had forged would render them impervious to the demons' temptations.

Diverging Paths

Their quest to rid the world of the demons' influence wasn't one filled with only strife. During their travels, they encountered beautiful worlds of all colors and cultures. These experiences only served to strengthen their bonds. At least, that was what Morgana thought. It was only until later that she found out that regardless of their solidarity, there would always be a weakness in their hearts.

That realization came all of a sudden on one fateful day when the Hero of the Staff died — murdered by Elaine.

Their entire party was shocked into a state of stupor. Morgana, in particular, couldn't process what had happened. How could her best friend, the sweetest person she knew, do such a thing? Had demons managed to worm into her heart? Unfortunately, neither she nor her companions' questions could be answered, for both Elaine's and the Hero of the Staff's bodies vanished before their eyes.

At that moment, the party, which she had thought was inseparable, split. One group wanted to continue their journey to slay demons, while the other wanted to pursue Elaine. Lost and without unity, the doors between worlds flung them in every direction, which led to Morgana's meeting with the Successor of the Staff.

Morgana Personality

Morgana is a lively and spontaneous young girl who always seeks to form friendships with those around her. She values the bonds between companions highly, believing it to be a source of power that transcends logic. To that end, she enjoys watching others indulge in merriment with others almost as much as she enjoys partaking in them herself.

Despite the tragedy that she witnessed, Morgana maintains a positive outlook in life. This extends to everything in her life, from her excitement for adventure to her eagerness toward even the most boring of tasks. But despite her optimistic demeanor, one could easily glimpse hints of her own insecurities owing to her friend's shocking act of betrayal.

Chapter 1
Boy, what a relief! I was just about to give up hope, but to think I'd bump into the wielder of the angel's Staff all the way out here. This must also be the work of my guardian angel! I'm not from this world. But, you all must still be in the same boat as me, right? On a journey to find the underworld to defeat the demon lord. That was my group's goal, too. My angel lord Samyaza chose my two friends to be the Hero of the Staff and the Hero of the Lance. To fulfill their destinies as the chosen ones, they set out on a journey with me and four other witches. But, partway through our journey, we all got separated... They're all my most precious friends. So, would you mind if I joined you guys on your travels? If we have the same goal in mind, I'm sure I'll be able to run into them again if I stick with you.

Chapter 1

Boy, what a relief!
I was just about to give up hope,
but to think I'd bump into
the wielder of the angel's Staff
all the way out here.
This must also be the work

to defeat the demon lord.

That was my group's goal, too.
My angel lord Samyaza chose
my two friends to be the Hero of the Staff
and the Hero of the Lance.
To fulfill their destinies as the chosen ones,
they set out on a journey with me
and four other witches.

But, partway through our journey,
we all got separated...

They're all my most precious friends.
So, would you mind if I joined
you guys on your travels?
If we have the same goal in mind,
I'm sure I'll be able to run into them again
if I stick with you.

Chapter 2
Bonds are the very thing that gives us humans strength. As the wielder of the Staff, I'm sure you know that even better than I do though. My friends and I have been together ever since we were kids, and all endured the same rigorous training. We all came from different backgrounds, but we were as close as family. Elaine the nun in particular was my closest friend, andd the most like a sister to me. Since we slept in the same bed, we'd always stay up till morning talking to each other. About God, where we came from, and of course, a sleepover must— moonlit talks about love! Though when we overslept and missed training, Artoria may have gotten a teensy bit angry with us... but, even though the Heroes were never involved in our antics, they'd always brave her super long-winded lectures right alongside us. We were more like a family than any real family could ever be, and practically spent every waking moment together! We did go our separate ways when it was time to take a bath though, of course!

But, I was just so excited, y'know?! I was about to set off on a journey to never before seen worlds together with all of my very best friends! There was no way I could contain myself! The first time we opened a "door" and set foot into the light on the other side... I still remember my heart pounding so hard I thought it'd burst! And so we began our long, long journey to save the world.

Chapter 3

Once we'd overcome the seven trials
set out by our angel lord Samyaza,
we were finally able to set out on our journey.

I'd been dreaming of this day

I mean, a journey with the family I love

Though because I was so giddy,
Artoria did yell at me, saying,
"Do not forget we are doing this
to save the world, Morgana!"

But, I was just so excited, y'know?!
I was about to set off on a journey to
never before seen worlds together with
all of my very best friends!
There was no way I could contain myself!

The first time we opened a "door"
and set foot into the light on the other side...
I still remember my heart pounding so hard
I thought it'd burst!

And so we began our long, long journey
to save the world.

Chapter 4
We traveled across many worlds on our journey. There were worlds just like ours, and ones with completely different cultures. Some worlds were ruled by witches while others were so beautiful it felt like we'd stumbled upon a miracle! Each world had been left in ruins by demons, so our quest was no picnic... But, as we overcame the dangers in our path, the bonds tying us together grew even stronger! Those days were so much fun, it all felt like a dream! Of course, our mission never slipped our minds though. The Hero of the Staff protected all of us, while the Hero of the Lance slayed the demons in our path. Me, Elaine, and the other witches were the two Heroes' support as they fulfilled their destinies. Since we'd done all that tedious training, our formation was absolutely perfect, I'll have you know! But, we still had no idea... what true horrors the demons were capable of.

Chapter 4

When we went out to search, for the two of them, we saw it. Elaine... murdering the Hero of the Staff..."

Chapter 5
