Youko Rinka is a skill focused on consistent damage output and enhancing their top attacker as she can provide ACC buff. However, the unpredictability of her area-of-effect damage could be a disadvantage in some scenarios.

Single Target Damage and Debuff Defense

Kitsunebi Ranbu

Kitsunebi Ranbu is a single-target multi-hit skill that targets the enemy with the highest ATK. It also decreases the targets DEF and P.DEF for 25%-50%. After the 3rd turn onwards, her damage is equal to 1040%.

Mononoke Prankster

Mightiest Guardian Spirit is a skill that grants a substantial shield to the ally with the highest ATK. It also offers Mini Tama Doll buffs which does not do anything, but we can see it being a stand-in for a buff that can be stolen so that the Shield can stay. While it doesn't explicitly say anything on how Mini Tama Doll buff work in this scenario, that was one way we see it being useful. So if Nina or Winter Tropon tried to steal buffs, they might get the Mini Tama Doll buff instead of the Shield.

Mononoke Prankster, on the other hand, provides Tama with Invisibility when her health drops below a certain threshold. However, it can only be used once per battle and only triggers under specific circumstances.

Tama Best Runes

Prioritize ATK and HP Runes

Skils like Kitsunebi Ranbu and Youki Rinka deal significant physcial damage based on Tama's ATK. Make sure to prioritize ATK runes to maximile the damage output. Other runes can include ACC rune to enhance accuracy for her attacks and buffs to be more reliable. PM. DEF Break to add effectiveness to the debuff, making enemies vulnerable to subsequent attacks by either her or her team.

As for her defensve runes, you should prioritize getting HP runes as it increases Tama's overall health poo, making her more resilient to damage and allowing her tostay in the fight longer. Other runes can include P. DEF and M. DEF runes to boost both her physical and magical defense, CRIT RES and Debuff RES to reduce the chance of receiving critical hits and debuffs, respectively.

Since Tama's skillset revolves around buffing allies, dealing AoE damage and providing utility. With her increased hit chance for all allies, she can complement Summer Amleth's strong single damage and Mimi's AoE damage with her increased hit chance and a protective shield if she has the highest ATK in the team. Winter Amour and Primavera are buffers so they keep the team durable. Aside from her buffing abilities, Tama also has a debuff that decreases their P.DEF and DEF stats, while Primavera can reduce damage taken by allies. If Tama wields her Unique Weapon, the shield she grants to her ally increases.

Cordie, Merlyn, Nina, and Dian all offer unique strengths that complement Tama's abilities. Cordie has strong single-target and AoE damage abilities which benefits from Tama's increased hit chance and debuffs. Merlyn's debuff removal, healing and buffs can complement Tama's offensive capabilities and provide support for the team. Nina's AoE damage, debuff removal and application also benefits from Tama's skills and is complemented by Dian's EVD buff.

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) “Grovel at my feet!” Tama, the self-proclaimed guardian spirit, grants her blessing, increasing the chance to hit of the ally with the highest ATK by 20% for 2 turns. “This is what awaits all who oppose me!” Afterwards, this skill deals 1 physical attack equal to 280% of Tama’s ATK to 3 random enemies. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) If this skill is used for the 3rd time and onward during battle, the increase in the ally target’s chance to hit becomes 80%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The number of turns of ［Increased Chance to Hit］ becomes 4.

Deals 4 physical attacks equal to 260% of Tama’s ATK to the enemy with the highest ATK. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, before dealing the physical attacks, decreases both the target’s DEF and P. DEF by 25% for 4 turns. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The amounts the target’s DEF and P. DEF are decreased by each become 50%. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) If this skill is used for the 3rd time and onward during battle, the physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 1040% of Tama’s ATK.

Each ［Mini Tama Doll］ buff is treated as a buff, but has no effects and does nothing. This skill will not activate again until 8 action phases have ended since its previous activation. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Additionally, if the target who is granted ［Shield］ is an Amber Soul ally, the size of ［Shield］ is further increased by 200% of the granter’s ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The number of turns of ［Shield］ and the ［Mini Tama Doll］ buff each becomes 8.

If the target who is granted ［Shield］ is an Amber Soul ally, the amount the size of ［Shield］ is further increased by becomes 600% of the granter’s ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks at LR rarity) Strengthens Kitsunebi Ranbu. The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 280% of Tama’s ATK. If this skill is used for the 3rd time and onward during battle, the physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 1120% of her ATK.
