Prayer of the Saint

Haven of Divine Swords

Fortina is a good healer who can also grant Shield buffs to your entire party. Her Prayer of the Saint Skill grants them Regeneration, which heals 7% of an ally's max HP, while Haven of Divine Swords restores HP equivalent to 120% of the damage Fortina deals with the attack. Boost Fortina's ATK further so you can heal more of an ally's HP with this skill.

Can Protect Your Main Attacker From Action Hindering Debuffs

Veil of Sacred Swords

When you get Fortina to Level 201 and get her Veil of Sacred Swords to Level 3, she'll be able to give the Unhindered buff to your main attacker (who should have the highest ATK in your party). 'Unhindered' prevents a character from getting action hindering debuffs like Fainted, Sleep, Confusion, and Silence.

Give Fortina STR, SPD, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES Runes

Fortina is going to be your team's healer, but since her healing indirectly scales with her ATK, you should give her ATK runes on top of STR (for Haven of Divine Swords once it's at Level 3), PM. DEF Break and SPD offensive runes. For defensive runes, give her HP, EVD, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES runes.

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Fortina prays for the safety of her friends with all her heart, granting all allies ［Shield］equal to 120% of Fortina’s ATK and ［Regeneration］for 1 turn. Each turn, at the start of the action phase, ［Regeneration］restores HP equal to 7% of the granter's max HP to a target. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The size of［Shield］becomes equal to 150% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The numbers of turns of［Shield］and［Regeneration］each become 2.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Countless swords of light deliver God’s judgement. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 340% of her ATK to the enemy with the lowest remaining HP percentage. The swords then emit a light of healing, restoring HP equal to 80% of this skill’s total damage to the ally with the lowest remaining HP percentage. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK. The amount the target’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 120% of this skill’s total damage. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) Additionally, after dealing the physical attack, deals 1 direct attack equal to 125% of her STR to the target. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) Additionally, if the target is not defeated by this skill, before restoring HP, the physical attack and direct attack reactivate (1 reactivation max).

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) The activation of this skill becomes 1 time every 4 turns. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) At the start of the turn, additionally grants［Unhindered］to the ally with the highest ATK for 2 turns (cannot be dispelled).
