Should You Pull for Paladea?
Yes, Pull for Her as a Chaos Attacker
Paladea is a great Chaos attacker that you should pull if you are planning on creating a PvP Chaos team. Her skills have a combination of high damage, critical hit enhancement, debuffing enemies, and providing protective barriers. She works well with a Chaos team with Lunalynn, Witch Illya, and Armstrong. She's a costly but worthwhile investment if you want a solid damage dealer in PvP.
Try to Get Multiple Copies
You should awaken Paladea to SSR if you want her passive skill to activate if her ally attacks and deals a critical hit. However, if you want to fully utilize Paladea's skills, awaken her to UR or LR to increase her damage multiplier and the effect of her passive skills.
Pull if You Need an Offensive Support for a Chaos PvP Team
Paladea offers strong offensive capabilities with a potential debuff for maximizing damage output. Both her active skills, Black Flames of Justice and Bullet Storm bring powerful damage and an ATK debuff to the battle. Her passive skills also stack critical hits and give multiple shields to her allies.
Pull for Arcana
Paladea belongs to an Arcana group with Lunalynn which offers a boost in DEX and Debuff ACC. If you awaken her and Lunalynn to LR, all your characters can get a DEX boost based on the character's level multiplied by 40 and a 1.5% Debuff ACC boost.

Paladea is the Supreme Commander of Emeria's Armed Forces of Humanity. Although hailed as humanity's top demon-slaying hero, Paladea is actually a gentle girl who dislikes fighting. However, fate compels her with two unbearably cruel choices.

If You're a Beginner
As a beginner, you should focus on characters that can help you progress through the Main Quest, like Cordie or Merlyn. Since Paladea is more of a PvP unit, you may be unable to use her effectively. However, if you liked her overall aesthetic and skill set, feel free to pull for her.
Limited Resources
Paladea is more effective if she is in a group with Chaos characters. Chaos characters are expensive to build because of the nature of their Awakening. If you have limited resources, you might first consider if you will be building a Chaos team or not.
