Explanation
Landau's Choice provides decent stats since it's a 4-star Light Cone. It also increases the wearer's Taunt value, making them more likely to be attacked by enemies. However, DMG taken from enemies will be reduced!
Landau's Choice has a pretty straightforward ability but is really useful in battle since Preservation characters should ideally be the one tanking enemy attacks.

If you pulled Landau's Choice, we highly recommend upgrading it since it works well for any type of combat scenario. If you don't have Landau's Choice and don't mind spending your Herta Bonds, Texture of Memories is a great F2P alternative!

To strategize perfectly of using this lightcone, just put Preservation characters on sides 1 or 4, that way enemies will double target the tank and its survivor(healer or support to build up energy when damaged) by its side without damaging the other fragile two at the other side.
