More Energy Regen allows Fu Xuan to cast her Ultimate more often, which damages enemies and heals the team. Also, the Light Cone gives allies a DMG buff and the healing effect allows Fu Xuan to solo sustain. |

Preservation characters like Trailblazer (Fire) can use She Already Shut Her Eyes since the Energy Regen it provides allows them to cast more Ultimates and the healing effect at the start of every wave is great in any scenario.
They can also trigger the DMG buff most of the time due to their ability to taunt enemies. But, the Max HP increase that She Already Shut Her Eyes provides is not that useful for most Preservation characters since their abilities scale off the DEF stat.
Is She Already Shut Her Eyes Worth It?
Great For Fu Xuan
Since it is Fu Xuan's signature Light Cone, there is no doubt that it would be a great choice for her. Aside from increasing Max HP and Energy Regen, it also gives allies a DMG buff for two turns every time the wearer's HP decreases.
Since Fu Xuan redirects damage taken by her allies to her, this damage buff would always be on. The HP restoration at the start of every wave also means you can possibly run a party without a healer if you have this Light Cone.
Should You Pull?
She Already Shut Her Eyes is a great choice because of the extra Energy Regen, DMG buff, and the HP restoration. But, the wearer's HP needs to be reduced to activate the DMG buff.
Most preservation characters usually have shields in their kit and that prevents their HP from getting reduced. Currently, this Light Cone is best for Fu Xuan and even then she can still use other Light Cones like Moment of Victory or Texture of Memories.
