For dual DPS Cas-Mydei team with E1 Meshing Cogs Tribbie, which is better? E1 or S1 Hyacine? She has the herta remembrance LC with 206 speed.

i use 180% crit dmg hyacine and does more damage than expected

It's ridiculous hyacine + tribbie combo deals tons of dmg than well my built firefly she has 299.99 be outside battle and hit like wet paper, glad pulling both they've hit hard on moc and pf i doesn't even have castorice. lil ica mem trianne n chiken wing boy goes hard 🔥🔥🔥
Her e2 is insane, 30% spd for the whole team when you have her lc is just broken. She seemed rough on paper in a herta team due to sp economy but I tried it since I have herta’s lc (and use her with jade), and it felt soooo good 160spd on herta with atk boots using e2 hyacine + jade is nuts… I don’t regret getting hyacine’s e2 over e2 herta one bit, all hail honkai support rail... Now all my teams want her 😂

you can test it but her damage is based on her healing so outgoing healing boost is just generally better. Plus you can easily get her pretty decent crit damage with just relics .
I feel like you could easily main stat Crit DMG if your team isn't durdling. I could be wrong, but the 34.5% Outgoing Healing Boost doesn't seem worth when you could just finish the fight faster
