This Love, Forever is great for support Remembrance characters who need a lot of SPD. The Blank and Verse effects are also nice to have since they increase the team's overall DMG output.
Is This Love, Forever Worth It?
Cyrene's Signature Light Cone
This Love, Forever provides Cyrene with a lot of SPD which she really needs to gain Recollection stacks and charge up her Ultimate faster. The more turns Cyrene has, the more Future stacks she can refresh and turn into Recollection.
The Light Cone also gives Cyrene access to the Blank and Verse effects which allow her to support her team's DMG even further.
Should You Get It?
This Love, Forever is great for support Remembrance characters who need SPD and can use their memosprite's Skill on both enemies and allies to maximize the Blank and Verse effects.
If the character doesn't need SPD, then other Remembrance Light Cones would fit better for them since the damage buffs This Love, Forever provides can easily be obtained from other sources. Cyrene also has a F2P option in Memory's Curtain Never Falls, which also gives her a decent SPD boost.
