Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding can be used by Abundance units it increases their own SPD and Outgoing Healing. The SPD threshold can be achieved through SPD buffs and equipping SPD Relics and sub-stats.

Memosprites can also receive the Outgoing Healing buff, but as of now, we don't have a Remembrance character that can provide healing.
