Dr. Ratio is currently available in Phase 2 of Version 1.6 with Argenti's Light Cone, Baptism of Pure Thought! Ruan Mei and Xueyi with Ruan Mei's 5-Star Light Cone, Past Self in Mirror, was available in Phase 1.
For the rerun banners, Blade and Kafka with their light cone banners are in Version 1.6.

There are two new Light Cones in Version 1.6. Past Self in a Mirror and Baptism of Pure Thought are the ones that will come out at the same time as the character banners. These Light Cones will match Ruan Mei and Dr. Ratio respectively.
Starcrusher Swarm King: Skaracabaz is the newest Echo of War Boss that can be unlocked after completing the Trailblaze Continuance Mission! You will also get the new trace material likely used for Ruan Mei, Dr. Ratio, Xueyi, and any future character.
Echoes of War Weekly Bosses and Drops
Simulated Universe: Gold and Gears is the newest DLC to the Simulated Universe gameplay! In this update, the simulated timeframe is during the time of the Genius #27 Emperor Rubert who is a self-aware machine that caused the machine empire crisis.
The update will unlock the Path of Erudition similar to the Swarm Disaster DLC!
Pure Fiction is a permanent game mode where players must defeat as much enemies as possible within the limited amount of cycles to get a high score! Complete certain stages to get a free Lynx!
Pure Fiction and Forgotten Hall have interchangeable schedules.

The Crown of the Mundane and Divine is the Trailblaze Continuance for Version 1.6 which unlocks the newest map in Herta Space Station!
Ruan Mei's area in the Herta Space Station is the Seclusion Zone and is unlocked after completing the Crown of the Mundane and Divine Trailblaze Continuance.

Penacony and the possible characters were teased during the 1.6 Livestream! It's highly likely these characters will appear in the story and as playable characters in the future. The characters are divided into the host and the guests.
The characters from Penacony hosting the event are: Sunday, Misha, Robin, Gallagher, and Firefly. The characters who are representing organizations are: Aventurine, Sam, Acheron, Sparkle, and Black Swan.
Due to Honkai: Star Rail gaining awards, Dr. Ratio can be claimed for free in the in-game mail for a limited time from Version 1.6 to Version 2.1!
