Future Market (II) can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed Future Market (I) mission.

Mission Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Talk to Bronya at the Qlipoth Fort in the Administrative District.
2	Talk to the following Overworld residents: Serval and Pela in the Administrative District, and Dunn in Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone.
3	Talk to the following Underworld residents: Natasha and Oleg in Boulder Town, and Clara in the Robot Settlement.
4	Lastly talk to Selee in the Great Mine for her opinion.
5	Head back to Qlipoth Fort in the Administrative District and talk to Bronya.
6	Head to Boulder Town and talk to Gepard to initiate the Exploratory Excursion: Rivet Town - Track Down Topaz.
7	Following the path along the town and fight enemies by using the Automaton Stealth Bomb.
8	Continue through the Old Weapon Testing Ground to fight Topaz. Check out the list of enemies in this fight here!
9	Follow Bronya to the Corridor of Fading Echoes.
10	Continue the path to the Pillars of Creation.
11	Return to the Administrative District and get a good night's sleep in the Goethe Hotel to complete the quest.

Once the mission has been finished, Topaz will be become a visitor aboard the Astral Express. Whenever you go return to the Astral Express, there will be chance to run into Topaz and be able to interact with her.
