BRUH, lmao... the 24% ALL TEAM true damage on cyrene literally smacks every buff ruan mei gives, her res pen is garbo compared to that, it is like when we compared damage % to res pen years ago, damage is garbo vs res pen, and res pen is garbo against true damage which is also for the entire team unlike RMC that only gives it to one target, Cyrene without ulting which when she does she's the strongest buffer in the entire game, is stronger than ruan mei, it is just soooo hard to get
LMAO, sooo she's best tier on end game, yet she's below Ruan Mei in the "overall" tierlist? you understand how ridiculous that is? the only places to actually use the units are on end game, you mean the overall tierlist is for story? this is exactly why this is such a weird take on a tierlist bruh, it is so inconsistent

dude you're skipping over the fact ruan just has a better DMG buff (that also effects all party members memosprite included) Cyrene's buffs are worse than characters we have and future remeberce would honestly not want either of them, but if forced to pick ruan mei has more accessible buffs and a stronger DMG buff than Cyrene, admittedly IDK how her RES PEN compares to Cyrene's ture DMG but ruan can actually get both up fast enough to be useful while Cyrene won't
you're forgetting that ruan mei isn't just a break support, she gives things that break teams like more but her main buffs are DMG% from her skill and RES PEN from her ult, in addition enemies take more damage while broken (even without super break) so higher break efficiency and keeping enemies broken are also useful for all teams even if they aren't as super important outside of break, the only thing that only break cares about is the fixed 20% break effect.
Yes if you said she strong right now ,just click on the endgame list because that how they rating her now and she has a good rate .Are you guy don't even understand this tier list work and keep whining like a baby with some nonsense ?
Why everyone butt hurt with Cyrene not being SS ? It literally said overall ,general and endgame here and the rate base on E0S0 .Also don't be bs said but she help my Castorice and Anaxa BLA BLA at E0 .yup that they are mean overall and general using because she need specific current meta to function .E2 Cyrene is another story because this tier list not about that .

Bruh that's the cope, because her kit descriptions also mentions Remembrance to increase her stacking, and her buff applies to memo sprites, they can also release powercreep remembrance in the future and she would still be strong, the Ruan Mei able to be used everywhere is the biggest cope lmao, because yeah you can also use tingyun everywhere, so what? the unit is not that strong anymore what matters are the units that achieve the best teams, which none include Ruan Mei she apoc unit

*sighs* So many complaining about Cyrenes placement...... The reason shes lower than Ruan mei is mostly related to how many teams you can fit said support on and how viable she will be in the future. Since we all know there wont be any more Chrysos heirs in the near future her ranking goes down since only 1 part of her kit will be useful for non Chrysos heir teams. Meanwhile you can slot Ruan mei on pretty much any team and she will increase their effectiveness by a lot including chrysos heirs.
don't bother with him/her. some will always think, they are THE know it alls. but they're the most biased of the bunch!
Cyrene even before using ult, just with her True Damage skill and being on the field, is stronger than Ruan Mei, the support that is "SSSSSS" on this list, when Cyrene ults she's stronger than E1 Tribbie, you probably don't even know this. If you think Ruan Mei is worthy of "SSSSS" Tier, now imagine Cyrene is better than her and without using her ult, then you probably will understand why she is better and deserves that.

it's not great but given how much you over value Cyrene you're worse, she is totally useless with anyone other than the chrioso hires, her generic buffs are simply outclassed, and Cerydra is only good for 2 characters as of now and is somewhat niche only being good for attack scalers who's main damage is their skill, but at least she has potential to be good, while Cyrene is going to be obsolete the second we get a new DPS that's better than the chrisos hires

Bruh I can't believe people keep coping on this tierlist lmao, it is completely wrong, from rating Ruan Mei at the highest tier of the tierlist when she's mid nowadays, to placing Archer on same tier as Acheron or Firefly, Cipher is also way stronger than Ruan Mei yet she's a tier lower than her, lmao what am I watching. Cyrene is highest tier too but this tierlist is just biased, Cyrene is top tier, same Cerydra, what is even Feixiao doing there LMAO and Big Herta and Aven Lingsha lmao

because Dan PT I'd a strong sustain with an attack buff that any team other than the HP scalers can use while Cyrene has an awful ramp up time and who's only good buffs are exlusive to characters that have all already been released meaning she'll only get worse, her true damage buff is worse than RMC's while her DMG buff is way more work for a single only about the same effect as Robin and ruan mei (you know the first limited buffer) while being single target, she should be lower really
