I predict only 2 unit that will stick to Cyrene forever is Castorice because memosprite unit never or barely release again and Phainon because his horrendous kit and need coreflame charge as fast possible so he might need E2 her the most and powerful true dmg .The rest like Anaxa don't need her ,Hysilens ,Mydei ,even Aglaea don't ,You account don't brick if you don't pull her beside those 2

Yeah no, lmao, she's really weak outside of apoc, she's like barely 5% stronger on contribution compared to a Tingyun outside apoc, like lmao... just because you still use her in all modes doesn't mean there is not better alternatives, that's like me just playing Acheron in all modes and saying she's the best, just not objective, Tribbie contributes a whopping 50% increase over Ruan Mei for example, NOW THAT'S a diffy.

how tf is cyrene lower tier than a free unit???
maybe because they are THE SHIELDERS. having both in your account, plus a limited healer, and you are good to go.
ruan mei is easily one of the best supports. simply slot-in/slot-out, skill every blue moon and the ult. i use her since two years now (every day gameplay and endgame), and her buffs/delay regularly make the difference.
Bruh they have Acheron Archer and Firefly on the same tier and Ruan Mei is still SS for who knows why when she's pretty mid nowadays and Cipher who is miles better is a tier below, the answer to your question is: they don't care about making an actual tier list, everything is biased to the next level.
How is Aventurine on the same tier level as PT. He is worse in every aspect. Hoyo is powercreeping even with free units lol

basicly what i said! fugue and her teams need investmants. tribbie will replace, over time, rmc (when the next path comes out). cas and e9 work perfectly fine without cyrene. the same can be said about phainon, anaxa & hysilens. the other four are supports and the other two (aglaea,mydei) aren't in dire need of her. this leaves cyrene in a niche, so small, that even lcs have more value, compared to what she brings to the table.

fact is that cyrene is more versatile then any wuwa or zzz character ;)
those 12 units won't get old so fast and this one best team is really best now, triebbie is more versatile char and can work very good with future chars also, beside they ll still release remembrance chars , support ,sustains should work with cyrene very well and fugue works only with 3 super breakers we got and they are not so super now, making any other dps suprer break with fuque got no sense, we need to wait for new super breaker for fuque
if only it would be that easy! fugue can turn, with investmant, ANY dps into a (super)break unit. and the replacement for rmc is e1 tribbie. cyrene on the other hand is designd for 12 units and out of those works "best" with only ONE team. not to mantion her e2 situation! they should've give us an ruan mei like unit, which is good at release and would get better during the next patch cycle.
whats worrie me most, where are 4* chars we have not get any 4* char entire 3.0 version its strange ;)
cyrene ll replace RMC in 4.0 cuz MC ll get new broken path and ll be used with 4.0 chars its same like fuqiu replaced HMC, beside i hope devs ll grow up a litle bit and they wont creeep this game more cuz some situation like painon and castorice is beyond crrep right now, creeping it more ll not be good for entire game
