when did i say there was no powercreep?? can u read? all i said was new supports can make old dps like acheron for example onpar with most of the 3.x cast.
What an argument, this is why posting some random chart is ridiculous when it comes to power creep, literally, entire new chars released post penacony are there, yet the entire roster pre ampherous of around 60 chars are still less, and the ones that get to be there are boosted because of a post penacony char, no wonder people tell lies at themselves at night, they believe this game no power creep, love it friend, great job reading charts!
and whats interesting is this moc buff doesnt benefit acheron at all, its a dot buff along with skill damage
heres the proof incase you dont believe so yeah acheron being able to 3 cost is impressive, since alot of the 3.x characters need 3+ cost to 0 cycle
when fugue released people realized she is just an option for ff, fugue was mostly for rappa, and a sidegrade hmc in ff teams, unless your running ff sustainless
whats the criteria here both acheron and archer can 0 cycle moc so id say acheron is as strong as 3.x? is the criteria cheapest cost, oh so if thats the case archer is better than castorice as a quantum dps since archer can 1 cost and castorice cant? surely your not delusional to think that. And archer isnt the only 3.x DPS mind you a lot of the 3.x characters (herta, aglaea, castorice, mydei) need 3 or more cost minimum to 0 cycle which is the same as acheron so... yeah
reminds me when ppl said topaz was getting stonks lol... and now she's junk too...

Forgot to add, and Archer was completely free, just think about it, giving for free a char that is way stronger than a multi eidolons top tier and even talked about being the best dps in the entire game for years till 2028, that means the game is going heavy power creep and it will keep growing to higher highs soon tm.
What an argument, imagine telling new chars aren't creepin' then you show that as your defence. Just for your information, Archer E0 with Herta Shop cone is stronger than an E2 Acheron with the nihility Furry. Power creep is huge on this game, to the point new chars at E0 beat old ones with multiple Eidolons and signature, you're too based on some random charts instead of real calcs, what an argument friend.
As long as niche supports comes and makes the old DPS up to par is good enough example being cipher.
power creep exist in all gacha games duh, And yeah new supports will be for the new DPS, but doesn't mean old units can't use them, look at Feixiao and Acheron clears lmao, their performance is onpar with most 3.x DPS and this moc blessing doesn't benefit both of them. On top of that Feixiao and Acheron haven't received buffs yet unlike dot with Kafka.
People don't get it. They gave us OP character like Archer for free because the game has massive power creep. Not because Hoyo wanted to be generous but because it was a necessity. Keep rolling friend some do understand what you mean.
Then a new dps gets by and uses the supports better, bruh just stop, this story has been repeating itself for years, LOL, 7 out of 9 on that are 3.0+ units, like... is this a joke? 4.0 will be a jump in power, it's just history repeating itself, it was already obvious since 2.0 began, sure the biggest-mightiest-powercreepy unit doesn't come right on 4.0, it may take to 4.1 or 4.2, but the jump will be there... and then it will repeat next cycle, then some rando says "nah it isn't"again
and new supports/debuffers can make 2.x DPS on par with the 3.x look at acheron and aglea, thanks to cipher now acheron can match aglea in terms of 0 cycle and this isnt advantageous to acheron since its not aoe
and even then even without ff buffs, just constance might make break as good as 3.x DPS anyways
first of all 4.x is not a jump in power, its always in the middle of patch or anniversary where the jump in power is so assuming ff buffs come in 4.0 along with the constance rumored to be in 3.8, break will be meta again onpar with all the 3.x DPS.
Yeah bruh, it will eventually happen and firefly buffs doesn't matter next year is 4.0... which is when the big jump in power always happens, there's diff on the same gen like 3.0 units, but the 4.0 is going to be crazy, the best units in the game right now, the top of the top are from patches 3.0+, except Robin which is still ridic and Sunday. Dot is good because of hysilens which is a 3.0+ unit... not because they buffed kafka or black swan, lolzzz...
whereas units like aglaea actually has fallen off since she doesnt set any record in terms of lowest clears in any game mode now.
