if only it would be that easy! fugue can turn, with investmant, ANY dps into a (super)break unit. and the replacement for rmc is e1 tribbie. cyrene on the other hand is designd for 12 units and out of those works "best" with only ONE team. not to mantion her e2 situation! they should've give us an ruan mei like unit, which is good at release and would get better during the next patch cycle.
whats worrie me most, where are 4* chars we have not get any 4* char entire 3.0 version its strange ;)
cyrene ll replace RMC in 4.0 cuz MC ll get new broken path and ll be used with 4.0 chars its same like fuqiu replaced HMC, beside i hope devs ll grow up a litle bit and they wont creeep this game more cuz some situation like painon and castorice is beyond crrep right now, creeping it more ll not be good for entire game

Cyrene is WAY to specific for S+, even if her buffs are good for the characters she buffs the fact all the characters she'll ever give her good buffs too are out (and the stupid amount of ramp up time) she's not nearly good enough for even S, A at best

I disagree with the negative of Dan hung PT's attack buff being usless with HO scalers, dispite saying otherwise with the exception of jinglu (unless they upped her Darin with her buffs) is all of them need a healer, shields actively stop them from being able to gain their respective talent stacks (+ newbud for cas) and their HP drain needs healing to offset so you can't use him for them anyway
