but thats the point if you need her at e2 to even be compedetive to the other alternetives is she really a good unit
and if u have e2 cyrene you can literally 0 av ult with her if you are running her with e2 evernight
who cares if she is needs e2 to become universal, atleast she makes up for being broken at e2 just say ur broke man its not that hard. I have e2 cyrene and I can literally use her in my acheron team and managed to 1 cycle reaver moc, before cyrene i was using sparkle and was doing 4 cycles with my acheron so e2 cyrene is such a huge game changer universal support
not an exageration most wont pull cyrene for she needs e2 to be functional the rmc is free tribbie only need e1 that means cyrene is a worse unit as she needs that much investment to even compete with those 2
rmc only offers 20% true damage and an unreliable AA if you time it incorrectly, and no sub dps whatsoever, yeah go use that garbage
ok lets not exaggerate ourselves, at e0 this is true but e2? lets be real 48% true damage, 80% damage bonus, great sub dps, 1 time full ult charge, that's infinitely better than what RMC provides
she dont work well in any team there are better option like tribbie and rmc both wastly superior to march7 from wish
cyrene is a worse remembrance tb and a worse tribbie even at e2 she is below avrage she should put at b tier at best
the only way for cyrene to work with the 4.x dps is to spend more to get her e2 lmao, but at that point just save for an e2 DPS in 4.x since DPS eidolons are usually 200%+ increase thanks (phainon, evernight) and with 4.x the increase in eidolon DPS could easily go to 300%
cyrene is overrated af, even game8 agrees that she is not at SS, she is not as universal compared to other harmonies, and the chance of her working for the 4.x is non existent compared to someone like sunday who has a very high chance of working with the 4.x dps. IMO game8 did a good job at rating her. All cyrene does is prolong the lifespan of 3.x dps thats her entire purpose, 0 chance she will be relevant with the 4.x dps
issue is she will almost never ult most fights even bosses lasts 1 to 2 cycles not 4 wich is needed for cyrene to ult
cyrene even at e2 is a worse tribbie and a worse rmc for she needs e6 to be even close to tribbie there is no world where cyrene is good

BRUH, lmao... the 24% ALL TEAM true damage on cyrene literally smacks every buff ruan mei gives, her res pen is garbo compared to that, it is like when we compared damage % to res pen years ago, damage is garbo vs res pen, and res pen is garbo against true damage which is also for the entire team unlike RMC that only gives it to one target, Cyrene without ulting which when she does she's the strongest buffer in the entire game, is stronger than ruan mei, it is just soooo hard to get
LMAO, sooo she's best tier on end game, yet she's below Ruan Mei in the "overall" tierlist? you understand how ridiculous that is? the only places to actually use the units are on end game, you mean the overall tierlist is for story? this is exactly why this is such a weird take on a tierlist bruh, it is so inconsistent

dude you're skipping over the fact ruan just has a better DMG buff (that also effects all party members memosprite included) Cyrene's buffs are worse than characters we have and future remeberce would honestly not want either of them, but if forced to pick ruan mei has more accessible buffs and a stronger DMG buff than Cyrene, admittedly IDK how her RES PEN compares to Cyrene's ture DMG but ruan can actually get both up fast enough to be useful while Cyrene won't
you're forgetting that ruan mei isn't just a break support, she gives things that break teams like more but her main buffs are DMG% from her skill and RES PEN from her ult, in addition enemies take more damage while broken (even without super break) so higher break efficiency and keeping enemies broken are also useful for all teams even if they aren't as super important outside of break, the only thing that only break cares about is the fixed 20% break effect.
Yes if you said she strong right now ,just click on the endgame list because that how they rating her now and she has a good rate .Are you guy don't even understand this tier list work and keep whining like a baby with some nonsense ?
