Guys if we are judging based on their DPS from their kit alone, Dr. Ratio >>> Seele. However, Seele has better meta supports to amplify her number so far. This might change in the future when Dr. Ratio gets more supports too. This is why most most tier list already place Dr. Ratio higher than Seele cuz he is stronger at lower investment and with barely anyone to buff him yet.
remove the ss tier harmony like bronya rm and tingyun and lets see if ratio can 0 cycle
if he doesnt use thos ss harmony then forget ratio 0 cycling lol

so far i have only seen 4 dps that can 0 cycle the second side of moc 12 and its, Seele, IL, QQ, Jingliu, too bad ratio is not included
doenst change the fact that most of her 0 cycle is basically her clinging on those three. or at least two of those harmony lmao. 😂😂😂
and most dps even jingliu need those supports to even 0 cycle so i dont get why not use them
