anyways tier list are subjective and doesnt represent a characters strength, if u want proof to show a characters strength then showcasing how they can easily 0 cycle is a way better proof than some random pictures in a tier, with no moc 0 cycle testing done whatsoever.

The point is most of tier lists acknowledge Dr. Ratio as the stronger and meta DPS. Want tier list that does not hurt your poor frail heart? Make one yourself ez peasy.
