but if I have to be honest, I tried to use Seele and Ratio without supports, and as of raw dmg Seele just outclasses him by a lot. My Seele with 3k attack, 75/160 does 30k per skill and 70k per ult, while ratio with same lc, talent same lvl and almost same stats (2900 atk, 50/170 CRIT) still does 30k per FUA and 15k per skill, so he can't reach Seele's raw dmg
Ratio needs debuffers to get 100% dmg so at least one slot of his team is forced. it's not a great problem cuz you would use chars like Pela and SW with him anyways, but you can lose a spot for a second dps like you could with Seele + RM. At the end, Seele is still good but currently people like me who have her since 1.0 like to try new chars. I personally don't regret pulling her cuz 200k ST dmg is just too good, but no doubt ratio is great
No doubt once Hanabi releases Seele is going to skyrocket, but same thing could be said for ratio. The fact is that Seele is consistent in all the aspects of her kit while ratio relies a bit too much on follow ups, that's not a problem but if he doesn't have ult on he can lose a TON of potential dmg, that's why you need him to constantly skill to recharge ult while Seele deals great dmg even without ult
Imho, Ratio is good but not at the level of destruction like JL and DHIL, still deals great dmg and no doubt one of the top tier single target dps. Seele feels good to use and her resurgence mechanic is funny but rn meta isn't really helping her, in fact I prefer using Xueyi more then her rn but not cuz she's bad, just that new characters give a feeling of freshness

anyway, both seele and ratio are garbage compared to destruction characters, but seele is waay better than ratio will ever be, and its not even close. Unusable in PF and only usable against img weak enemies and relying on only like 2 elites at most
