Explanation

Time Waits for No One increases Max HP and Outgoing Healing, which is needed by most Abundance characters. The Light Cone also deals DMG to a random enemy when an ally attacks. This allows your healer to passively contribute to the overall DMG of the team.

With all of this in mind, Time Waits for No One is a great Light Cone to use if you have it. But, characters like Luocha cannot use the Light Cone to its full potential since their healing scales off their ATK stat.

Is Time Waits for No One Worth It?

Not Worth to Use Undying Starlight

While Time Waits for No One is a solid choice for characters like Bailu and Natasha, we do not recommend buying it from the Starlight Exchange Store, especially for F2P and light spenders.

Free alternatives like Quid Pro Quo and Hey, Over Here exist. So, we recommend using them instead. But, if you pulled Time Waits for No One from a Warp Banner, then it is worth giving it to your healer!

It definitely is worth buying with undying starlight. For 3 reasons. 1. I don't think you want wait until 1 or 2 years from now on, to build your fav. character. 2. It's true that there maybe will be some more lightcones in the future, but it is not for sure and until then you will get enough undying starlight to buy a second or even a third one. 3. They can't just bring up "better than before" lightcones. That wouldn't make sense (in the long run). They maybe are different but not "better".
