Obtained From the Battle Pass

Honkai Star Rail - Battlepass
Purchasing the Nameless Glory Battle Pass and reaching a Level 10 will reward the Trailblazer a single Light Cone Memory Shard. Purchasing or upgrading to the Nameless Medal will also give the Trailblazer an additional Light Cone Memory Shard.

A total of 2x Light Cone Memory Shard can be obtained from the Nameless Medal Battle Pass.

Honkai Star Rail - Star Rail Cherished Recollection

Trailblazers can now participate in the Oneiric Shard Top-Up Event to get various rewards. One of these rewards is the Light Cone Memory Shard, which you can get x4 by accumulating a total of 8,000 Oneiric Shards.

What a dick move of greedy company tomake these pay to get and thus lock these Lightcones away from F2Ps!

Was there not also a one-time free option as a reward for the anniversary or the 3.2 main quest or something? Why give away a one-time-free for the character, but paywall the lightcone behind approx. 40$ USD + 2 battle pass seasons / 100$ USD via top-ups? The character seems way more valuable than the lightcone from a player perspective
