Find the Buskers

Investigate the Cobbled Swan

Out of Tune - Investigate the Cobbled Swan

Enter the Cobbled Swan and head towards the performance area. Investigate the table on the west, nearest to the stage to proceed.

Investigate Outside the Cobbled Swan

Out of Tune - Investigate Outside the Cobbled Swan

Exit the Cobbled Swan and investigate the shattered wine glass and the red stain on the ground. Continue towards the docks and examine a broken lute and a note nearby, beneath a pair of talking NPCs.

Search the Lookout

Out of Tune - Search the Lookout

Fast travel to the Aula's Lookout Beacon and head east, climbing up the ladder. Examine the expired campfire, then head down the stair-like rock formation to examine the mangled corpse. Enter the cave nearby to read a note and continue the quest.

Go to the Rooftops

Out of Tune - Go to the Rooftops

Fast travel to the Central Market Beacon and climb up the nearby ladder. Hop across the rooftops and defeat the Venatori in the area.

Look around The Garden

Out of Tune - Look around The Garden

Return to the previous rooftop and jump down the wooden platform between the gaps. Follow the path to reach a garden, and follow the quest marker towards the east. Speak to the NPC in the center by the counter to progress.

Talk With the Buskers

Out of Tune - Talk with the buskers

Enter the newly opened passage by the bookcase near the entrance. Climb down the ladder to arrive at a hidden space, with a small chest containing Paragon's Knuckle and a memento inside. Speak to the NPC to complete the quest.
