Completing this quest will allow you to lock your romance with Bellara, provided you expressed your interest in her during a conversation in The Lighthouse after the Fire and Ice quest.

Speak with Cyrian
Shake Cyrian's Loyalty
This is primarily a conversation quest. This first dialogue encourages you to plant a seed of doubt in Cyrian about continuing to work for Anaris. These first set of choices will have Cyrian think, so go with what you think has the most impact, personally.
Make Cyrian Weigh His Actions
Cyrian seems to have been greatly influenced by Anaris's teachings and perspectives. While any of the choices would likely lead to the same response, the (stern) choice, 'At what cost?', sounds like the most logical one.

There are 3 different responses to choose from. While it's unclear whether or not this will affect Cyrian's fate at the end of Bellara's quest line, you can go with either choices 1 or 2 to leverage off of his feelings of guilt.
