Dead Men Tell Some Tales Objectives
Speak with the Spirit of Adventure
The quest begins after Seer Rowan's letter has been read in the Storage Room. Head to Sharksmouth Mountain in Rivain to speak with the Spirit of Adventure.
There will be some mercenaries in the area on the way to Sharksmouth Mountain. Defeat them and talk to the Spirit of Adventure for the first clue.
Collect All the Clues
Located Near the Tide Flats
The first clue reads "Follow from shark's maw to leviathan's tail and let not your spirits fail".
The next clue can be found in the Tide Flats area. It's behind a large rock at the edge of the map, near some broken boats.
There will be a fight with some undead enemies, so make sure to bring some weapons or skills that deal necrotic damage. Collect the second clue and proceed to the next area.
Near the Bottom of a Waterfall
The second clue says that "Where the Rock stands tall, look for the shortest waterfall".
Follow the quest markers and it will lead Rook to Dragon's Beach. After a brief encounter with some more undead skeletons, head to the base of the waterfall to get the final clue.
Defeat the Undead Pirate Captain
The third clue states that "My booty's within reach, you'll grab it near the beach".
The treasure's location will be revealed to be in the Winding Shoreline. The treasure will be guarded by the Undead Pirate Captain, and it will be accompanied by other undead pirates. Defeat them all.
Glorious Ultimatum Treasure Chest
After talking to the Spirit of Adventure, a hidden alcove with a Timelost Hoard treasure chest will be revealed. Inside the chest is the unique Glorious Ultimatum accessory.
