Complete A Hidden Hoard

DAV - A Hidden Hoard - Open the Door to the Hoard
To start this quest, you'll first need to complete A Hidden Hoard. Once you've opened the chests and read the notes, you will automatically accept this quest.

Defeat the Desperation Demon

DAV - Desperate in Dock Town - Desperation Demon
When you're ready, head to the east side of the catacombs, just across the zipline, to fight the Desperation demon. It will be accompanied by a bunch of other demons so make sure you take focus on taking them down first.

After you've defeated the boss, you'll have successfully completed this quest. Don't forget to get the weapon drop from the boss, the Magister's End from the chest, and unlock the shortcut while you're here!
