Only An Echo Objectives
Talk to Ida in Lavendel Village
To start this quest, you'll need to travel to Lavendel Village in the Hossberg Wetlands and talk to Ida. She'll be near the beacon so it'll be hard for you to miss her.
Find the 4 Notes in the Flooded Farmlands
After you've accepted the quest, head to the Flooded Farmlands to the east of Lavendel. To get there, however, you'll need to destroy some of the Blight Boils to the southeast first.
Once you're there, you'll need to find the 4 notes scattered around the area to proceed to the next part of the quest. Thankfully, they are marked on the map, making it easier to pinpoint their locations.

| 1 |  The first note can be found next to the well in the southern area of the farmlands. |
| 2 |  The next note can be found inside a house to the north. However, you'll need to destroy some Blight Boils first to access the house. |
| 3 |  Cross the beam next to the second note and climb up the ladder to find the third note. |
| 4 |  The final note can be found back to the south in a shallow hole. Again, you'll need to destroy Blight Boils to access the note. |
Investigate the Well
Once you have all 4 notes, return to where the first note was and investigate the well. After the cutscene has ended, you will destroy the well and trap the Echo inside.
Return to Ida
To complete this quest, you'll simply need to return to Ida in Lavendel and talk to her. There won't be any cutscene so just wait for the dialogue to finish for the quest to end.
Unlocks a New Area in the Crossroads
Completing this quest will also unlock the well in the snowy area of the Crossroads. Dropping down the hole and defeating the Echo of Echo inside will reward you with a Sightless Skull.
