Sturdy | If the Pokemon's HP is full, moves that would defeat the Pokemon instead leave the Pokemon with 1 HP. This is also effective against moves like Fissure that can cause Pokemon to faint with a single hit. |

20 | Bide | Normal | You'll get the Bide status for a little while, and then you'll damage an enemy. The more damage you take while biding, the greater the damage you can cause. |
23 | Natural Gift | Normal | It damages an enemy. If you're holding food, such as Berries or seeds, the move's type will change and the power will go up. |
28 | Spikes | Ground | It turns your tile into Spikes that damage enemies that step on them. Spikes that you or your teammates make don't do anything to you or your teammates. |
32 | Payback | Dark | You'll get the Counter condition, which enables you to counter when you take damage from physical moves. |
36 | Explosion | Normal | You'll get the Explosion condition, explode when you're attacked, and damage the Pokemon around you. |
42 | Iron Defense | Steel | It sharply boosts your Defense. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile. |
46 | Gyro Ball | Steel | It damages an enemy. The slower your Speed compared to your enemy's, the greater the damage caused by the move. |

Earthquake | Ground | It damages all Pokemon in the same room except for you. It can also damage Pokemon that are underground while using Dig. |
Explosion | Normal | You'll get the Explosion condition, explode when you're attacked, and damage the Pokemon around you. |
Facade | Normal | It damages an enemy. The damage it causes goes up if you have a bad status. It also prevents your Attack from being lowered when you use this move while you have a Burn. |
Flash Cannon | Steel | It damages an enemy. It could also the lower the enemy's Sp. Def. |
Frustration | Normal | It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be. |
Giga Impact | Normal | It damages an enemy. But it also gives you the Recoil status, which prevents you from doing anything on the next turn. |
Gyro Ball | Steel | It damages an enemy. The slower your Speed compared to your enemy's, the greater the damage caused by the move. |
Hidden Power | Normal | It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure. |
Hyper Beam | Normal | It damages Pokemon, even those far away, and causes an explosion that also affects the surroundings. Walls and items on the ground will also disappear. But after you use the move, the Recoil prevents you from doing anything on the next turn. |
Light Screen | Psychic | You and your teammates in the same room get the Light Screen condition, which reduces the damage taken from special moves. |
Payback | Dark | You'll get the Counter condition, which enables you to counter when you take damage from physical moves. |
Protect | Normal | You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks. |
Reflect | Psychic | You and your teammates in the same room get the Reflect condition, which reduces the damage taken from physical moves. |

Sandstorm | Rock | It changes the floor's weather to a Sandstorm. Pokemon that can't deal with the weather will keep taking damage. |
Sleep Talk | Normal | If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake. |
Solar Beam | Grass | You'll get the Solar Beam condition, which lets you charge power to try a powerful attack on the next turn. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it charges for an immediate attack on the first turn. But during Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the damage will be reduced. |
Substitute | Normal | You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally. |
Sunny Day | Fire | It changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down. |
Swagger | Normal | It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack. |
Toxic | Poison | It makes the enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by a Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like. |
Venoshock | Poison | It damages an enemy. Its power goes up if the enemy is Poisoned or Badly Poisoned. |
Volt Switch | Electric | It damages an enemy. If one of your teammates is right behind you, it switches the positions of you and your teammate. |

Stealth Rock | Rock | It turns your tile into an invisible Stealth Rock trap. A Stealth Rock trap damages enemies that step on it. You and your teammates won't take any damage from it. | |
Telekinesis | Psychic | It gives the Telekinesis condition to the Pokemon in front of you. In the Telekinesis condition, the Pokemon can't move and its evasiveness goes down, but it won't take damage from Ground-type moves. |
