Arena Trap Enemies next to the Pokemon can't walk. This Ability has no effect on Flying- or Ghost-type Pokemon and Pokemon with the Run Away or Levitate Ability.
Sand Veil The Pokemon isn't damaged by the Sandstorm weather condition, and its evasiveness goes up while a sandstorm is in effect.

25 Mud Bomb GroundGround It damages an enemy. It could also lower the enemy's accuracy.
30 Earth Power GroundGround It damages enemies in the same room. It could also lower their Sp. Def.
35 Dig GroundGround You'll get the Digging condition, doing damage to your enemy on the next turn. While underground, you'll evade items and moves.
41 Slash NormalNormal It damages an enemy. It has a high critical-hit rate.
47 Earthquake GroundGround It damages all Pokemon in the same room except for you. It can also damage Pokemon that are underground while using Dig.
53 Fissure GroundGround The enemy will faint instantly if this attack hits, but it's hard to land this move. It has no effect on Flying-type Pokemon or Pokemon with the Levitate ability.

Frustration NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Giga Impact NormalNormal It damages an enemy. But it also gives you the Recoil status, which prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.
Hidden Power NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.
Hyper Beam NormalNormal It damages Pokemon, even those far away, and causes an explosion that also affects the surroundings. Walls and items on the ground will also disappear. But after you use the move, the Recoil prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.
Protect NormalNormal You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.
Rest PsychicPsychic You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.
Return NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Rock Slide RockRock It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.
Rock Tomb RockRock It damages an enemy. It also lowers the enemy's Travel Speed.

Sleep Talk NormalNormal If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.
Sludge Bomb PoisonPoison It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Poisoned.
Sludge Wave PoisonPoison It damages nearby enemies. It could also make them Poisoned.
Stone Edge RockRock It damages an enemy. It has a high critical-hit rate.
Substitute NormalNormal You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.
Sunny Day FireFire It changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down.
Swagger NormalNormal It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.
