Rival Hearts Side Quest Walkthrough

Objective
1 Pass through the Grand Arch and up the slope to find Qarz.
2 Speak with Qarz and he will ask you to bring him some Brightite, found in the Forbidden Hushland.
3 Skip travel to the Quarry Colonnade landmark and go north to find the Brightstone
4 Return to Qarz to have him make the ring for you.
5 Give Ardred the Paleglow Ring to complete the quest.
