Playing as Melia, you'll want to always keep two lightning summoned for ether buffs. You'll then want to alternate the 3rd elemental between the ones available at your arsenal (Aqua, Flare, Wind). Flare and Wind, in particular, is great against a group of enemies which this challenge clearly has.
Riki will also keep on using Bedtime, so be sure to watch Riki and wake him up when he falls asleep.
To get an S rank, you'll have to beat the level before the 3:45 mark.

You'll want to stack multiple Bolts during this wave. Start the fight with Bolt, then Copy. Summon then cast Flare and Wind to provide some damage, then summon Bolt again and cast all three stocked bolts to eliminate all enemies.

Your Talent Gauge should be almost filled when this wave starts. Summon Bolt, then Copy it. Summon then Cast Blaze and Wind similarly during the first round except, when your talent gauge gets full, position your self in a way that you can hit multiple enemies, then cast Mind Blast.

You should be starting the wave before the 2:00 Mark hits if everything went smoothly. Quickly build up your Party Gauge, then unleash a Chain Attack against the lvl 49 Otol Komar to dispatch it. Focus on the weaker Otol Komar after defeating the stronger one. They can use Arts Seal, which can greatly reduce your time if left alone.
