Ice Cabbage can be obtained by trading with the Nopon Archsage. It costs 13,400 Nopon Stones so a little bit of grinding is necessary.
The best method to obtain an Ice Cabbage. You can obtain an Ice Cabbage by trading with Yura on Valak Mountain. You need a 4 star affinity with Upper Bionis for Yura to show it on his tradable item list. Make sure to get some Ice Cabbage from Yura first before inviting him to Colony 6 to avoid losing an easy method to obtain some Ice Cabages.
