He of the Metal Face (Restricted Mode) Tips and Strategies
He of the Metal Face General Tips
Both fights will cause them to use much deadlier arts when their HP falls below 50%. The 2nd fight in particular causes Mumkhar to use an instant death move. Handling your party gauge carefully and timing debuffs are the key to victory. The ideal time to complete the battle to gain an S rating is under 5 minutes.
When using Chain Attack, you'll want to inflict as many debuffs as possible first (including break, topple, and daze), and stack physical arts, then finish it with Say Sorry.

You will want to keep Peerless up at all times during the start of the fight to quickly whittle down Mumkhar's HP. Serene Heart is a great Art, but it slows down your team's damage output by staying on the defensive. Keep Peerless active all throughout the fight.
Mumkhar will use Custom Grand Shot, which can Daze your whole team when his HP falls below 50%. Only use a Chain Attack when Mumkhar uses Custom Grand Shot to avoid the Daze part, which can shave off several seconds from this fight. You will want to finish this fight in under 2 minutes before heading to the 2nd wave.

Alternate between using Gale Slash - > Worldly Slash and Gale Slash -> Gutbuster - > Steel Strike. Toppling Mumkhar is good, but do not center your playstyle around it. Focusing on toppling Mumkhar will cause your team's damage output to fall, and thus, delay the fight.
When preparing to use a Chain Attack, use the Steel Tempest combo, then Chain Attack using Worldly Slash - > Head Shot - > Say Sorry. This alone can deal around 30k to 60k damage depending on the amount of debuffs applied.
