Shulk's debuffs and high damage output is recommended for this challenge. Lowering enemy armor with Slit Edge, then a good ol' backslash can make clearing each wave easy as pie.

|
Dunban and Reyn possess high damaging single target arts, and great area damaging arts. They can chain well with Shulk's backslash and Slit Edge, which makes Chain Attacks deal massive damage, and can potentially end a whole wave with a single use.

Shaggy-dog Story General Tips
This wave consists of high HP enemies. Including characters with high single target damaging arts in your party is a great way to secure that S rank. Reyn's Sword Drive and Dunban's Worldly Slash and Soaring Tempest are prime candidates for this role.

Immediately focus Terra Orluga. Reyn's Sword Drive has a high cooldown, so making him target Orluga is a great way to maximize its damage. Focus on building your party gauge by utilizing bonus effects from your arts against the remaining Plasma Deinos.

Immediately use Shulk's Shadow Eye to increase your physical arts' damage. Hit them all with Stream Edge, then initiate a Chain Attack. Use only Red Physical arts to chain it with Dunban's Soaring Tempest and Reyn's War Swing. The Chain Attack combo should go in the following order: Slit Edge, War Swing, Soaring Tempest, Back Slash, Sword Drive, Worldly Slash.
This combo should eliminate atleast 2 enemies, or it could even clear the whole wave itself depending on how well built your party is.
