    For Spheal 2 star, when you first arrive to in the end area of Snowfields (Day) there is a Spheal sitting on the iceburg and you can throw a illumina orb or a fruit at him and snap a picture of his reaction. As far as I know that is the only Spheal in all the Snowfields levels that is just idling and not actively engaged in an animation or event, so therefore he will react to things. The 4 star picture is also the picture that completes the request "Icy Playground"
