More information on Evernight and Permansor Terrae was revealed in Version 3.6's Livestream. Evernight is a 5-star Remembrance and Ice character that was released on September 23, 2025 for the NA Server and September 24 2025 for Asia/EU Servers.
Meanwhile, Permansor Terrae is a Preservation and Physical character who was released on October 15, 2025 (Server Time) at the start of Phase 2 of Version 3.6. A free Permansor Terrae can also be claimed at the start of Phase 2 until the end of Version 4.0!

Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 New Game Mode
Anomaly Arbitration is a high-difficulty endgame mode that will be released in Version 3.6 and receive regular updates over time. This can be unlocked by getting full-star records in Memory of Chaos Stage 12, Pure Fiction Stage 4, and Apocalyptic Shadow at Difficulty 4.
Anomaly Arbitration features 3 trial stages and 1 final stage, which will be much more challenging than the rest. Players must compose 3 separate teams to challenge the trial stages. Once they've all been completed, another team can be assembled to take on the final stage.

Star Rail 3.6 New Items
Interference Key
The Interference Key is a consumable that was added in Version 3.6. When using Variable Dice to reassign Sub-stats on a 5-star Relic, an Interference Key can be added to block a stat from receiving enhancements during the re-roll!
Players can obtain Interference Keys by completing the final Anomaly Arbitration stage. At the start of 3.6, players at Trailblaze Level 3 and above can also get 1 Interference Key in their mail from the Conductor's Special Treat reward event. This special gift must be claimed before the end of Version 3.7.

Lone Stardust
Lone Stardust is a new currency from the Anomaly Arbitration game mode. This can be obtained by completing stage objectives in the game mode, which can be exchanged at the Gift of Stardust!
The Conductor's Special Treat also granted players with 600 Lone Stardust in its reward mail after the Version 3.6 update went live!
Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 New Store
Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 also features the new Gift of Stardust store. Here, players can exchange Lone Stardust earned from completing Anomaly Arbitration stages for exclusive cosmetics such as the Complainer Pet as well as other rewards!

In Honkai: Star Rail 3.6, Ichor Memosprite: Judge of Oblivion is a new Boss enemy that was added to the game. Players can encounter and fight the Ichor Memosprite during the 3.6 Trailblaze Mission!

Divergent Universe also received a small update in Version 3.6. New events can be encountered and the Synchronicity Level was expanded to Level 100, allowing players to receive more rewards!

A Honkai: Star Rail and 8BitDo collab was announced during the 3.6 Livestream. On October 16, 2025, 8BitDo will be releasing an Evernight-themed Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller that comes with matching collector's accessories!

New Permanent Game Mode in 3.7
The 3.6 Livestream also announced that a new permanent game mode called Currency Wars will be added to Honkai: Star Rail in Version 3.7.
In Currency Wars, players can experiment with various character combos in 10-person teams and experience gameplay exclusive character abilities!

Version Event Reward Guide
Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 also includes the new Journey Highlights tab. This feature allows players to view both the ongoing and upcoming events for the current version. Remaining event rewards can also be viewed here, allowing players to easily track their progress!
Story Recap Function
The Story Recap function was also added in Version 3.6. From the Fate's Atlas interface, players can select and revisit any Trailblaze Mission, Trailblaze Continuance, and Companion Mission.
For added convenience, players can also choose specific segments in the mission that they want to experience again!

With the 3.6 update, players can view the Character Guide interface from the Characters screen to view detailed build guides and team recommendations for the selected character!
