Observe the Incident at Sanctum of Prophecy
After going back to a different timeline with Cyrene, you'll arrive at the Sanctum of Prophecy. Follow the quest marker and head to the scene of the commotion.

Speak with Aglaea and Tribbie
A cutscene will play out. Upon being acknowledged by Cerydra and Hysilens as the Deliverer in the prophecy, they invite you and Cyrene back to Okhema.
Once you've reached Dawncloud, speak with Aglaea and Tribbie. Optionally, you can also talk to the other Chrysos Heir subjects who'll also be nearby.
Meet Up with Hysilens
After hearing about the prophecy from Tribbie, head north and meet up with Hysilens by the stairs. She'll escort you to the council meeting area.
Have an Audience with Ceryrdra
Cerydra announces that the Flame-Chase Army will begin hunting down the Ocean Titan, leaving the council confused and angry. Exit the meeting area and head north again to speak with Cerydra.
Take a Stroll Around Marmoreal Palace
After the conversation, you'll be brought to Eternal Holy City Okhema. Follow the quest marker through Marmoreal Palace to speak with the various Chrysos Heir subjects on the way to your private room.

Find a Quiet Place to Relax
Make your way to your private bath chamber. Once Hysilens leaves, you and Cyrene contact Herta to confirm that Lygus existed in the current timeline.
Head to the Banquet Area
To gather more intel, you and Cyrene head to the banquet at the Murmuring Woods. Go up to the entrance and surrender your belongings to Labienus to join the festivities.

Enjoy the Banquet with Hysilens
You can optionally enjoy the banquet with the other Chrysos Heirs in the area. Once you're ready, speak to Hysilens.
Eavesdrop on Cerydra's Secret Talks
Hysilens reveals that the Dew of Divine Blood of Phagousa removed the trance caused by her siren's song, allowing Cyrene and you to finally see Cerydra and Lygus. Mingle with the different crowds to listen in on Cerydra's conversations from afar.
Return to Your Seat and Wait
Afterwards, Hysilens will prompt you to return to your seats. Interact with the large bonfire at the center to progress the quest.
