From the Theophany Altar space anchor, head south then take a right turn. Enter the Hidden Passage to get to the first chest.
In the Janus' Maze room, head upstairs to the right. There will be a chest at the end of the balcony. This chest will also trigger the Spirithief event.
Take the stairs down the left of the Janus' Maze controller. You will be able to see a chest at the end of the balcony.
Head down the stairs and go straight to the right. There will be a chest at the end of the hall.
Head back and besides the Space Anchor, there should be a Prophecy Tablet. Solve it to get the chest. This also unlocks the door for Chest 6, 7, and 8.

Head inside the unlocked door from completing the Prophecy Tablet in Chest 5. Chest 6 is on the left of the Golden Scapegoat.
Chest 7 is in the same room, right of the Golden Scapegoat.
Chest 8 is also in the now unlocked room and can be obtained by solving the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
You can solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle by following the steps shown above!
Solve the Janus' Maze in the Archive of Prophecies room to reveal a hidden stairwell in the room. Go all the way down and Chest 9 should be underneath the stairwell.
From Chest 9, just head inside the room and there should be another room to the right. Inside will be another treasure chest.
Continue through the hidden passage and it should lead you to an elevator heading up to the room with the weighing scale. Interact with the Tome of Miracle to switch it to night and head down the stairs.
Follow the path to the right and climb up the broken bridge and at the end should lead you to a Prophecy Tablet. Chest 11 will be on the Tipping Scale platform after solving it.
You can solve the Prophecy Tablet puzzle by following the steps shown above!
From Chest 11, simply fix the broken bridge and traverse across. There should be a chest at the end.
Fix the bridge again, climb down, and make your way to the Miracle Orb at the center of the room. Head back to the bridge in the middle of the room and cross to the other side.
Climb up the stairs illuminated by the Miracle Orb and the path to the left should lead you to Chest 13.
On the other end of the path, interact with the Tome of Miracle and switch to Dawn. On your left will be a Golden Scapegoat as Chest 14.
You can solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle by following the steps shown above!
During Dawn, head towards the elevator and towards the broken bridge. Cross the bridge and activate the Miracle Orb. Head down the bridge then make a U-turn as you reach down the stairs. Chest 15 will be at the end of the hall.
From Chest 15, head to the Miracle Orb in the middle of the room. You will be able to find another Treasure Chest besides the wooden boxes.
Head back to the elevator and get to the upper floor. You will be able to find a Golden Shortspear to the left. The location of the chest will be near the purifying controller.
Follow Chest 20 and Chest 21 and it should lead you to the purify controller.
Head to the Tome of Miracles on the upper floor and switch to Evernight. Continue along the path and at the end of the hall is Chest 18.
Activate the Miracle Orb on the upper floor near the Tome of Miracles and point it at the right side. Traverse the hidden passage and head inside the room to your left to get to Chest 19.
Switch to Dawn and head down the elevator and interact with the Hand of Zagreus controller. Use the hand to create a bridge near the elevator.
Head back up and cross to the other side. You will find Chest 20 at the end of the hall.
Head back to the Miracle Orb on the upper floor and point it to the left instead of the right this time. Go through the Hidden passage to cross to the other side.
To the left will be Chest 21.
To get Chest 22, you'll need to solve the Hand of Zagreus puzzle in the area. One coin can be found on the bottom floor right of the Weighing Scale.
Another can be found under the platform where the Miracle Orb is on the bottom floor. The last one can be found above a statue near the miracle orb on the upper floor.
Chest 23 can be found beside the Destiny's Gate Space Anchor.
Chest 24 can be found across the bridge, west of the Worshiper's Footpath space anchor.
Follow the path to the left and you should be able to see a chest before the room leading to the End of the Gate.
Inside the long curved hall, Interact with the Tome of Miracles to switch it to Evernight. Behind where you first came from will be Chest 26.
Fix the bridge and continue, You will be able to easily Chest 27 on the left.
Activate the Miracle Orb in the same area and point it at the left then switch to Dawn using the Tome of Miracles nearby to get Chest 28.
Head back and purify the corruption to get access to the Hand of Zagreus controller. You will need to collect Whimsy coins here again to get Chest 29.
Head back to the Miracle Orb and point it towards the statue this time. There will be a Whimsy Coin hidden there. A whimsy coin can be found on a chandelier above the controller. The last whimsy coin can be found at the other end of the hallway, just above the door.
Using the Hand of Zagreus, break the box in the Hallway to get to Chest 30.
Head inside the End of the Gate room to get to Chest 31.
Once you've escorted Tribios out to the bridge, you can now explore the areas that were previously locked. To get to Chest 32, head back to the other end of the bridge where Destiny's Gate is and there should be a flight of stairs that leads you to an elevator.
Take the elevator down and there will be a broken bridge to the right. Fix it, cross it, then let it collapse to reveal Chest 32.
Continue along the path and purify the corruption. Chest 33 will be on the right.
Purify the remaining corruption in the area to reveal a Hand of Zagreus controller. Use that to create a bridge towards a platform to get Chest 34.
Use the Hand of Zagreus again to break the containment for the Golden Scapegoat at the center of the area. Solve the puzzle to get the rewards for Chest 35.
You can solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle by following the steps shown above!
The final Hand of the Zagreus puzzle of the area. You can find two Whimsy Coins in two of the holes of the bridge. They can easily be spotted.
The last one is hidden inside a box on a balcony that you need to break, located near the area where the Destiny's Gate space anchor is. The chest reward will be near the elevator you took going down.
Head back to the top and head west of the Destiny's Gate space anchor. At the bottom of the stairs will be a Prophecy Tablet you need to solve for Chest 37.
You can solve the Prophecy Tablet puzzle by following the steps shown above!
On the balcony in the same area, a Golden Spear can be found near the Hidden Passage. Just take the Hidden Passage and it will lead you to a room where the Formidable Foe Challenge is to get the reward.
Cross the Hidden Passage from Chest 38. The chest will be on the platform to the right. Continue crossing the Hidden Passage and it should lead you to a room where the Formidable Foe Challenge and the spear reward for Chest 37.
Interacting with Chest 39 will also trigger the 2nd Spirithief encounter.
Cross the bridge and continue heading south. Head inside the room and go upstairs to the room to the right. Go to the other end of the balcony and use the Hidden Passage to cross. Chest 40 will be on the left.
Use the Miracle Orb on the upper floor and point it to the left. Purify the corruption in the middle then use the Tome of Miracles further south and activate it to switch to Evernight.
Head down the collapsed bridge and you will be able to find Chest 41.
Fix and cross over the collapsed bridge to get to Chest 42.
Head back to the upper floor and point the Orb to the right this time. Head back down, switch to Evernight using the southern Tome of Miracles, and cross to the left to get to Chest 43.
The final chest can be obtained only after finishing the Trailblaze Mission as you're forcefully removed from the area.
You can find the chest near the Calyx (Golden): Bud of Memories.
In the Janus Maze room, head upstairs to the right. There will be a chest at the end of the balcony. Interact with it to trigger the first Spirthief encounter.
Choose the correct dialogue to avoid an encounter with the Spirithief.
The last Spirthief encounter can be initiated underneath the bridge near the Destiny's Gate space anchor. You'll have to pass through a Hidden Passage and interact with Chest 39 to initiate an encounter.
The Formidable Foe can be found in the area underneath the bridge. You can access it by heading down the stairs west of the Destiny's Gate space anchor and keep using the Hidden passage to get to the room.
You'll have to fight the Noontide Gryphon to get the chest.
You can unlock “Sanctum of Prophecy” Janusopolis by progressing through the Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne mission! This is a Trailblaze Mission under the Amphoreus chapter of the main story!
