The first chest in “Eternal Holy City” Okhema can be found in the northeastern area of F1. Go into the area behind the elevator that leads to F2 to get the chest!
Chest 2 can be found in the side area by the stairs near the Janus' Steed shop. You'll need to use Oronyx's Prayer to repair the broken pillar that's blocking the way. A Spirithief will steal the chest, so you'll need to get it back first before you can claim its rewards.
Go down the stairs south of the Janus' Steed shop and you'll find Chest 3 by Stagira and some other NPCs.
From the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, take the stairs leading northwest and go into the area where you can find Amycus, Iphis, and Charon by a dromas. Chest 4 will be in between some boxes near the NPCs.
Chest 5 can be found behind a destructible shield in the room west of the Court of Seasons Space Anchor.
Teleport to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor and head into the nearby bath area. Chest 6 will be next to the cold bath and some shelves with towels.
From the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, head northeast towards the corridor with the Verax Leo sculpture. Before reaching the lion head, turn right and you'll find Chest 7 by the stairs along the path leading to the main bath area.
Chest 8 can be found in the hot bath area located east of the Court of Seasons Space Anchor. The chest will be in between the massage beds.
Chest 9 comes from a Golden Scapegoat puzzle found in the hot bath area where Chest 8 is. You'll need to solve the puzzle to get the chest.
Head southeast from the Court of Seasons Space Anchor until you reach the changing room just before the circular reception area. Chest 10 will be in front of some towel shelves.
Chest 11 can be found in the circular reception area before the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor. The chest will also be next to a bench.
To get Chest 12, you'll need to break the destructible shield in the same circular reception area as Chest 11. Once the Golden Short Spear is freed, follow it until it spawns Chest 11 in the changing room.
Go into the room southeast of the circular reception area and you'll find Chest 13 on top of a large wooden box.
From the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, head northeast and step into the shallow pool area behind Akmonides the shop vendor. Chest 14 will be on the left side of the fountain.
Head towards the other pool area on the same side as Chest 14. You'll find Chest 15 next to a stubborn dromas.
From the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, head southeast and go into the pool area where you can find Peleus. Chest 16 will be tucked away in the small space next to the pool's fountain.
Teleport to the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor and take the stairs leading southeast. Look for the covered seating area and you'll find Chest 17 behind a destructible shield.
From Chest 17, head towards the stairs near the dromas and you'll find a Golden Scapegoat puzzle among the flower bushes. Solve the puzzle to get Chest 18.
After getting Chest 18, head up the stairs and go into the narrow area behind the square pools. Chest 19 will be in the corner next to a lounge chair.
Chest 20 can be found in the library located southwest of the Hall of Respite Space Anchor. The chest will be by some large scroll shelves and a ladder.
Go into the open area with Misia the Organist located southwest of the Hall of Respite Space Anchor. Here, you can find Chest 21 next to a low table.
Chest 22 can be found in the square room west of the Hall of Respite Space Anchor. It will be next to a column in the corner of the room.
You can find Chest 23 behind the Hall of Respite Space Anchor. There will also be a destructible shield and a potted plant covering it.
To get Chest 24, you'll need to solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle that's also found in the Hall of Respite.
Chest 25 can be found on top of the railing in the balcony area outside of the room leading to the Vortex of Genesis. A Spirithief will steal the chest, so you'll need to take it back to get its rewards.
From the Hidden Passage point at the southwestern area of F1, head straight and go up the left stairs leading to the front door of one of the buildings. Chest 26 will be next to the door.
After getting Chest 26, go down the stairs and you'll find a Golden Short Spear by the opposite staircase. Free the spear from the shield and follow it until Chest 27 spawns.
Head all the way west from the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and you'll come across a Golden Scapegoat puzzle. Solve it to get Chest 28.
From Chest 28, walk a few steps east and you'll find Chest 29 hidden behind two destructible shields.
From the Chartonus Smithy, head north towards the area where you can find Parmenides and Zeno. Chest 30 will be on the left of those two NPCs.
Chest 31 is located in the area behind Chartonus at the Chartonus Smithy.
You can find Chest 32 in between the two large columns next to the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor.
Go into the small cargo area located north of the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor. Chest 33 will be in between some large vases and a wooden crate.
From Chest 33, continue northward until you reach the dromas stables. Chest 34 will be next to a large crate filled with dromas food.
Go down the stairs west of the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor then turn left. You can find Chest 35 next to a hedge near a covered seating area.
Chest 36 comes from a Golden Short Spear located directly west from the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor. After breaking the shield, follow the spear until it spawns a chest.
Head north from the Path of Parting Space Anchor to find Chest 37 near Pello, Trago, and Thessane.
Chest 38 is located inside the small fountain northeast of the Hero's Bath Space Anchor.
Go up the ramp near Chest 38 to reach a Golden Short Spear at the top. After freeing the spear and following it, Chest 39 will spawn.
Chest 40 can be found in a small lounge room located east of the Garden of Life Space Anchor.
From the Garden of Life Space Anchor, head a few steps west until you come across Chest 41 in front of a small scroll shelf.
Chest 42 can be found on the roof of a building in the Marmoreal Market. You can also spot a light blue cloth covering near the chest.
From Chest 42, head eastward and cross over the two cloth bridges to reach the roof where Chest 43 is.
Chest 44 can be found near the Hidden Passage point that leads back to F1 of the Marmoreal Market. The chest will also be in front of a pile of crates and other cargo.
You can find the first Okhema Spirithief when you try to open Chest 2. After the Spirithief snatches it away, position your camera to look up towards the giant statue in the distance and activate Oronyx's Prayer and get back your treasure!
Another Okhema Spirithief can be encountered when opening Chest 22. Once the Spirithief escapes, make sure the nearby lake is in view to activate Oronyx's Prayer and bring back the chest!
The last Okhema Spirithief can be found with Chest 42. To capture the Spirithief and get back the chest, you'll need to focus on the tree to activate Oronyx's Prayer!
