For Anaxa and Archer she doesn't really need the E1 and even her LC isn't that necessary due the event LC - The Forever Victual. But overall for those 2 E0S1 would be better, while for Phainon E1S0 is the way to go.
For anaxa/archer, cery is good with e1 or LC? I don't wanna pull for both

May I ask why is Crit DMG important to her? It doesn't look like her buffs scales with the stat.

Use the forever Victual - the free event LC I got to 4079 atk as e0s0 by using 1. Event LC 2. 7% atk substat on head 3. 7.7% atk on haands 4. Mainstat ATK% body 5. Mainstat ATK% boots 6. Mainstat ATK% sphere with 19 flat atk substat 7. Mainstat ATK% rope As you can see, I didnt roll flat ATK except for 1 piece but I still reached the 4k break point. You can do it too!
Maybe, she can end like Sparkle in which she doesn't find a really good DPS and new harmony creeps even Tribbie, but who knows, maybe next creep DPS is bis for her and she ends up beating an E6 Phainon with new 4.0 dps and her.
how do i get 4k atk without her lc… my rolls arent that good and im running atk boots on her

I got her, E1, and cone. I wanted Phainon to be my second team. I think she will have more value in 4.x. If there is a refocus in skill based damage she will be an almost must have. If not? Oh well, there will be more harmony units.
With Archer? I'll try! Yes! I'm planning to pull Phainon on rerun.
you can play her with your free Archer and she working fine with him or waiting Anaxa or Phainon when they are rerun .
