How to Get Charred Bud of Twilight
Charred Bud of Twilight can be obtained through the Shape of Cinders: Stagnant Shadow and defeating the Dark Sun Gryphon enemy. The Shape of Cinders: Stagnant Shadow can be located in the Fortress of Dome Eye of Twilight.
Charred Bud of Twilight can also be obtained by exchanging it for another material in the Synthesizer.

How to Get Daythunder Anamnesis
Daythunder Anamnesis can be obtained by defeating the weekly boss, Sublime, Radiant, Avatar of the Sky.
Sublime, Radiant, Avatar of the Sky can be found in the Echo of War: Glance of Twilight inside Amphoreus' "Fortress of Dome" Eye of Twilight, which can be unlocked after completing the Poet, Speak of the Sky Through Me Part II mission.

How to Get Tracks of Destiny
Tracks of Destiny can be obtained as a reward for maxing out the points in the Simulated Universe. It can also be obtained by reaching Level 15 and 35 in the Nameless Honor Battle Pass.
You can also buy the Tracks of Destiny through the Embers and Starlight Exchange shops. Most of the time, you can also get them as a reward for completing Limited-Time Events.
