A Grounded Ascent is amazing for Sunday since the Light Cone provides him Energy which helps alleviate his Energy cost. It also gives him access to the Hymn buff, which further increases the DMG of the target of his Skill or Ultimate. The SP recovery is also good to have. |

A Grounded Ascent is also great for Tingyun since the Light Cone provides her Energy and since her Skill and Ultimate is single-target, she can buff her target with the Hymn buff and easily stack it. The additional SP recovery is also nice to have. |

A Grounded Ascent is a great light cone for Harmony characters who have single-target Skills or Ultimates since it gives them Energy regen and allows them to buff their ally with Hymn.
Harmony characters who have single-target Skills but not Ultimates and vice versa can still use this, but they won't be able to utilize the Energy regen that often and it will take them a few turns to stack Hymn fully.
Is A Grounded Ascent Worth It?
Sunday's Signature Light Cone
A Grounded Ascent provides Sunday with consistent Energy regen because his Skill and Ultimate are single-target. This helps him get his Ultimate back up sooner. It also allows him to apply Hymn to his target ally.
Sunday can easily stack Hymn using his abilities which provides a big damage boost to the target ally. On top of that, the Light Cone also gives him SP recovery which makes him an SP-positive character.
Should You Pull?
A Grounded Ascent provides Harmony characters with consistent Energy regen provided that they have a single-target Skill or Ultimate. It also gives them access to the Hymn buff, which is great for increasing the damage of the target ally.
However, this Light Cone only excels for characters with single-target Skills or Ultimates in their kit since they can easily stack the Hymn effect fully. If the character doesn't have single-target Skills or Ultimates, other Harmony Light Cones would fit better.
