If Time Were a Flower is amazing for Tribbie since the Light Cone provides her CRIT DMG and Enerrgy whenever she does a Follow-Up ATK. The Presage effect increases her CRIT DMG even further while also providing it to her allies. |
If Time Were a Flower is a great light cone for Harmony characters who have scale with CRIT DMG and use Follow-Up ATKs in their kit since it allows them to obtain and utilize the Presage effect.
Harmony characters who only scale with CRIT DMG and don't use Follow-Up ATKs can still use this, but they won't get the Presage effect.
Is If Time Were a Flower Worth It?
Amazing for Tribbie
If Time Were a Flower provides Tribbie with consistent Energy regen since she does Follow-Up ATKs in her kit. The Presage effect alleviates the Energy cost of Tribbie's Ultimate while also providing a ton of CRIT DMG for her allies.
The additional Energy Regen at the start of the battle also allows Tribbie to get her Ultimate up as soon as the battle starts.
Should You Pull?
If Time Were a Flower provides Harmony characters that scale with CRIT DMG and have Follow-Up Attacks in their kit. The Presage effect gives the party a ton of CRIT DMG while also regenerating Energy for the wearer.
However, this Light Cone only excels for characters with Follow-Up Attacks in their kit so they can utilize the Presage effect. If the character doesn't have Follow-Up Attacks, other Harmony Light Cones would fit better.
Currently, this Light Cone is only best for Tribbie and mediocre at best for other Harmony characters.
