Sparkle	Earthly Escapades is amazing for Sparkle since she can stack Radiant Flame easily thanks to her Skill and Ultimate. This allows Sparkle to almost always have Mask, which increases her allies' CRIT stats. The increase in CRIT DMG also synergizes well with her Skill since it increases the CRIT DMG it provides.
Hanya	Due to Hanya's Skill, she can easily recover Skill Points, which stacks Radiant Flame. So, Hanya is also capable of obtaining the Mask buff quickly. However, Hanya will not benefit that much from the CRIT DMG increase that Earthly Escapades provides.
Bronya	Earthly Escapades is also a great Light Cone for Bronya if you built her to be faster than your team's DPS and you barely use her Skill. With this, you can stack Radiant Flame to obtain Mask, which buffs your team's CRIT stats. The CRIT DMG increase that the Light Cone provides to Bronya also increases her Ultimate's effectivity.

Earthly Escapade is a good light cone for Harmony characters who do not have Skill Point restoration in their kit but will often use their Basic ATK in battle. This type of playstyle will still stack Radiant Flame and eventually activate the Mask buff.

Is Earthly Escapade Worth It?

Great For Sparkle

Earthly Escapade provides Sparkle with extra CRIT DMG and the Mask buff, which is amazing since it is a party-wide offensive buff. Sparkle can easily stack Radiance Flame because her kit is solely focused on SP management and restoration.

This means Sparkle can easily refresh the Mask buff with just the use of her Ultimate. The increase in CRIT DMG also helps her up her Skill's CRIT DMG buff, which is great for boosting the DMG of DPS characters.

Should You Pull?

Earthly Escapade is a good choice if you want to utilize the Mask buff for your party. It provides CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG which most DPS characters love. This allows them to deal more damage and hit good CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG ratios.

The downside of this is that to refresh the Mask buff, you need to obtain four stacks of Radiant Flame. To obtain Radiant Flame stacks, the character needs to recover four SP which can be hard if their kit does not have SP restoration.

Characters without SP restoration in their kit can still use this Light Cone, but they'll have a hard time stacking Radiant Flame and refreshing the Mask buff. Currently, this Light Cone is only best for Sparkle since she can fully utilize it with her kit.
