There are two new relics for Version 2.0 that can be found in Penacony. Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters is capable of buffing the character's DMG once enemies are affected by debuffs. Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations can enhance a team's Break Effect!

Two new bosses are in 2.0, Sam and Something Unto Death. Both have specific mechanics to defeat them. There are also various Memory Zone Meme and Dreamjolt Troupe enemies in Penacony.
Shape of Nectar and Shape of Roast have the drop materials for new Ice and Quantum Characters.

The new character ascension materials are Dream Fridge and Dream Flamer. You can get them from Shape of Nectar and Shape of Roast Stagnant Shadows respectively.
There are also new Crimson Calyxes in Penacony which will yield new trace materials for new characters starting 2.0.
The new trace materials are Borisin Teeth for Destruction Characters, Fiery Spirit for Nihility Characters, and Firmament Note for Harmony Characters.
