These are the characters who are native to Penacony. You'll meet most of these characters in the story with some playing a huge role in the story of Penacony.

Sunday - The Family Representative

Sunday is the organizer of the Charmony Festival and a member of The Family, a group of people blessed by Xipe who spreads the word about Harmony through song.

Robin - The Cosmic Superstar

Robin is Sunday's sister and is known as the cosmic superstar who will be singing in the Charmony Festival's Opening Ceremony. Robin is also a member of the Family.

Robin was released during Version 2.2 of Honkai: Star Rail in her own Banner, Just Intonation.

Misha - The Reverie Hotel

Misha is a bellboy at The Reverie Hotel. He is skilled at fixing different machines and hopes to become an intergalactic traveler like his grandfather.

Gallagher - Bloodhound Family

Gallagher is a member of the Bloodhound Family and is responsible for the security of Penacony and the Charmony Festival. He was available during Phase 1 of Version 2.1.

Aventurine - Interastral Peace Corporation

Aventurine is an executive of the Interastral Peace Corporation's Strategic Investment Department and a member of the Ten Legendary Stonehearts.

Himeko is the navigator of the Astral Express and was invited to Penacony for the Charmony Festival alongside the other members of the Express Crew.

Dr. Ratio - Intelligentsia Guild

Dr. Veritas Ratio is a scholar of the Intelligentsia Guild, a group funded by the Interastral Peace Corporation that explores different worlds to collect knowledge.

Black Swan - Garden of Recollection

Black Swan is a memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection, a faction that worships Fuli the Remembrance and dedicates itself to sharing and preserving memories. She was released during Version 2.0 of Honkai: Star Rail in her banner, Ripples in Reflection

Sparkle - The Masked Fools

Sparkle is a master of theatrics and a member of The Masked Fools: followers of Aha the Elation. She was released during Version 2.0 of Honkai: Star Rail in her character banner, Sparkling Splendor.

Acheron - Galaxy Rangers

Acheron is a Galaxy Ranger, a group of talented rangers who roam around the universe and worship Lan the Hunt. She was released during Version 2.2 of Honkai: Star Rail in her character banner, Words of Yore.

Duke Inferno - Annihilation Gang

Duke Inferno is part of the Annihilation Gang, a chaotic group of marauders who follow Nanook the Destruction.

However, during Version 2.1 of Honkai: Star Rail, it was revealed that Duke Inferno was slain by Acheron.

Sam - Stellaron Hunters

Sam is a member of the Stellaron Hunters, a wanted group formed by Elio to collect Stellarons. It was later revealed during the end of Version 2.1 that Sam was Firefly.

Firefly - Stellar Hunters

Firefly is a stowaway that somehow ended up in Penacony. Later in the story, it was revealed that Firefly was none other than Sam, a member of the Stellaron Hunter.

Firefly was available during the Version 2.3 update of Honkai: Star Rail in her banner, Firefull Flyshine.

Penacony Characters Release Date

Released in Version 2.0 Onwards

Black Swan, Sparkle, and Misha has been released in Version 2.0. Black Swan and Misha was released in Phase 1 and Sparkle was released in Phase 2.

Acheron, Aventurine, and Gallagher have been released in Version 2.1. Acheron and Gallagher were released in Phase 1, while Aventurine was released in Phase 2.

Robin was released in Phase 1 of Version 2.2 while Boothill was released in Phase 2.

Firefly and Jade were the featured characters in Version 2.3. Firefly was available in Phase 1 while Jade was available in Phase 2.

The rest of the characters mentioned in the 1.6 Livestream do not have an official release date yet, but will most likely be playable in subsequent Versions in the near future!
