Moon Impaler Skiff Summary

• Step 1: Go to Stargazer Navalia.
• Step 2: Head Up to Higher Ground.
• Step 3: Approach the Phantom Starskiff.
• Step 4: Talk to Yukong at the Palace of Astrum.
• Step 5: Head back to Fyxestroll Garden.
• Step 6: Follow Qingni's Shadow.
• Step 7: Defeat the Heliobus in Battle.
• Step 8: Make a Post at the Suppression Tower.

Go to Stargazer Navalia

Teleport to Stargazer Navalia and walk towards the indicated location. The Ghost-Hunting Squad will then agree to search around for clues.

Head Up to Higher Ground

After walking around a bit, you will be prompted to head to higher ground for a better look of the whole area. The Phantom Starskiff will appear at the northern area of the map.

Approach the Phantom Starskiff

The Phantom Starskiff will disappear from the area as you approach it, but a witness will be nearby. She will introduce herself as Qingni and request for your assistance in investigating the Phantom Starskiff.

Talk to Yukong at the Palace of Astrum

Head to the Palace of Astrum in Central Starskiff Haven to inform Yukong that she might be possessed. She will agree to meet you at Fyxestroll Garden to help the investigation.

Head Back to Fyxestroll Garden

Teleport back to Fyxestroll Garden and head to the agreed meeting point by Foxsomn Tomb.

Follow Qingni's Shadow

At the meeting point, the group will spot a specter that looks a lot like Qingni. It will head further into Foxsomn Tomb. Follow the shadow, but be careful of enemies along the way!

Defeat the Heliobus in Battle

Once you catch up to the phantom, it will engage in battle with you. The phantom will calm down after it's defeated and allow itself to be captured.

The Spectral Envoy is a bit on the tankier side, but the Edict: Woe Exile exorcismics deals a lot of damage and inflicts Bleed. Bring a DPS that's good at single-target DMG to quickly bring the rest of her HP down.

To target the Spectral Envoy's weaknesses, your characters should be of the Lightning, Physical, and Imaginary elements.

Make a Post at the Suppression Tower

Go to the Pavilion of Cessation suppression tower to seal the heliobus and make a Ghostly Grove post. This wraps up the story of the Moon Impaler Skiff!
