You can do a test. Take a genius set and a imaginary (or FUA, or mixed 2pc) set with the exact same stats, and put them on Ratio and Seele. Now, without any support, or using the exact same supports, give ratio and Seele each one ult and 3 skills on an unlimited amount of trash mobs, so you can have 100% FUA and resurgence uptime to make things clearer

numbers are not king, at least in this game. You can obviously nuke harder with Seele, but iirc if you take both theire dmg in the long run they're not really that far away, since Ratio can do so many FUA. I'm not saying he's better, just that they have different playstyles and honestly you do you

That's what I'm saying, he's already a good dps even without proper investment, so he could probably be a lot better if built decently. I'm trying to get artifacts as good as those I have on Seele before saying if he's worth SS or not. seele is not even top 3 single target dps bruh. in single target ratio > dhil > jingliu calling him names wont make seele better either so- 💀
