Well, maybe it's the built, or the game mode, maybe MoC was made for one and not the other. If you say he's bad give the reason. Not being able to 0 cycle MoC is not a reason since he probably can, it's just that you don't know or haven't seen one yet
just look at Seele numbers and then look at ratiotard numbers. theres no any competition, ratiotard instanly loses and Seele wins. but hey, im not even sure why i trying to convince his simps bruh. mb theres more useful things for my precious time
That's what I'm saying, he's already a good dps even without proper investment, so he could probably be a lot better if built decently. I'm trying to get artifacts as good as those I have on Seele before saying if he's worth SS or not. If I worded badly my comments I'm sorry, I just meant that mine currently is not better than Xueyi but with proper built will probably be a lot better. Anyway, no need to be so triggered

And to be honest, my Xueyi does more dmg than Ratio. I'm not saying he's bad, probably just need more investment, but he could be better. Still good dps tho

seele is not even top 3 single target dps bruh. in single target ratio > dhil > jingliu calling him names wont make seele better either so- 💀
ratiotard is nowhere near seele bruh. shes still queen of single target while ratiotard is just a bonus atk placeholder for topaz teams. he will be replaced as soon as hoyo will release new good imaginary waifu dps. he will never be as good as seele its not even close lmao

cuz Seele Is the only good quantum DPS imo. Yeah qq deals good DMG but is sp hungry and rng, while Xueyi needs much more investment and good team. Seele is good enough all the way from early game to end game and is not so much reliant on godly artifacts, mine has 75/174 with above average but not great artifacts and can still do 60k without any support per ult. Ratio is good but let's say that they put him in S because of DHIL
either those two are actually s tier just like him, or he is ss just like them. their niche is killing big fat boss. the fact ratio actually has higher total dps than seele makes his placement here weird.. why is he a tier lower when he has better dps, whats the reason? cuz seele has extra turns when killing irrelevant mobs? ratio has fuas that can trigger more often without eating sps 🤔
ratio is easily seele and sw tier of ss.
Do you have the link? The one I saw on YouTube shows SW being one sneeze away from death while Sam still has roughly 60-70% HP.

the boss wants you to use sp too to burn through stacks and deal increased dmg right? I saw a showcase of previous Sam fight MoC with qq and fu xuan and they survived. Of course it’s been changed a bit so I think a dps who uses sp but not too much should be fine.
