Idk if he'll be good with JY but he's a solid sustain you can use with pretty much anyone except Blade. If you don't have any other sustain he's good, I would get FX for extra CR but any is good
or maybe its impossible, since he cant do it, im sure that if jing yuan can 0 cycle sam i would have seen some in the jing yuan mains reddit
